My car was in the process of being towed. I had no cash on me for them to drop to the car. I had asked the man if he would accept check or credit card and then he said no. I asked him what do I need to do so you do not tow the car away can you stay and I will get cash from the ATM up the block? He said what you can do is "Suck me Off" obviously I was completely taken back by this comment and furious as this point I demanded he let my car down before I call the police he then advised if I pay with credit card he will remove my car from the lift. I handed over credit card and paid the man to let my car go. There must be some type of punishment for this man as this is not good business and I feel violated!
There's really very little to do, in the end it would cost you far more money and time than you could ever recover. Report him to his work and to whatever agency deals with them. You can also make it aware via social media, media, etc. if anyone will listen.
You could report what he said to the company, but given that he knows your name as you gave him your credit card, I would just move on and be thankful that man is not part of your family. Some unfortunate soul may be married to him or may be his daughter or son. Be happy you got your car and move on. Best of luck, Barbie D. Lieber
