Do I have any legal options when it comes to terms and services agreements?

I was charged over 100 dollars for a subscription to Amazon Prime with no prior warning that the charge was imminent. The free trial for Amazon Prime was on July 27, 2015, but I was charged on September 19, 2019 and during the almost two month period I was not made aware of my free trail ending and I was not given a chance to cancel the free trial via email or phone.
Based on whaat I know about Amazon Prime, it's likely you agreed to their polices and were informed that they would apply to you as a condition of accepting their free trial, which indicate that if you don't quit things happen. These include an automatic renewal at 100 dollars a year, but you can call them and argue it and sometimes they will let you out of it.
Here is an answer from Amazon.
To cancel a paid Amazon Prime membership, click End membership.
Note: Paid members who haven't placed an Amazon Prime eligible order are eligible for a full refund. You can't receive a refund if any of the household members have placed an Amazon Prime eligible order.
You should contact Amazon first and see how they respond.
No, probably not. Amazon's terms of service and their promotions are well thought out and well drafted. However, their customer service is very accommodating. Have you tried to call and nicely ask them to cancel it for you?
