Expungements do not erase a conviction from your record for immigration purposes. Schedule a consultation with an experienced immigration attorney before you consider traveling abroad. Please see

You should not travel back. The standard between deportablity and inadmissibility is not the same. You will be inadmissible. You might want to talk to an immigration lawyer before doing any of it.
