H1B Transfer Question ? Can anyone please respond how to proceed. Thanks

I am on H1 B Visa with Employer A and I got an offer with Employer B who is ready to initiate my H1 B Transfer. However Employer A had already filed my Extension as my H1 B is going to expire by November 2015. Can you please suggest if it is good to transfer my visa to Employer B when my extension process is still in process ? Thanks in advance

If you are in status and employer be is willing to file for you that is permitted. You may want to remain with employer A until the petition from B has been approved. Use premium process for a 15 day turnaround.
