Do I have a civil case?

I was recently recorded on cell phone while using the restroom and the person sent the video to his sibling and he states in the video that he is sending it to them and I have proof it was sent and they told their sibling to save it.. They have also threatened to post it online.. in the video you can see me indisposed from the waist down i chased him out to try to get him to stop and leave me alone.. I feel extremely violated and humiliated by the fact that it's been sent out to their family and he is threatening to post it on the Internet and his family has a history of humiliating people on FB with pictures and videos and this scares me and upsets me. I want to know what I should do and if I have a case against them for $. I recently moved out of NY and he still lives in NY
