In cook county IL......?
My ex fiancé new girlfriend was stalking me n I never called police and we argued in a public place n she is trying to get some type of protection from me but I spoke to a store owner where she drove up wanting to fight me and he said he will pull the video for me.
Your question makes little sense but there is no limit t the number of times the sheriff or a process server will attempt to serve notice of an order of protection although the sheriff may stop after a certain number of attempts.
I'm not sure what you are asking either. You probably should set up a consult with a family law attorney if something has been filed against you in court.
In my experience, the Cook County Sheriff's Office will try an average of five times before giving up. But, that doesn't mean you "win". Whomever is trying to get the restraining order will just hire a private process server to find you.
You're best bet is to address this head on. Go talk with a family law attorney in your area and get this resolved. Hiding out from the Sheriff isn't going to fix this.
