How can I find out if there is an outstanding bench warrant from 13 years ago-issues from a divorce.

I need to get back home and must find out what to do if there is a bench warrant. I need to take care of this and put it behind me. Would I be extradited across the country for misdemeanor?

You should get a background check and also a search for warrants. It is rather unlikely that you will extradited for a MSD, however, why just let it hang out there? Take care of it as it will come out on the divorce.

You should contact the clerk of the court. They will be able to advise you if there is a warrant. If you do have a warrant, you will be well served to have an attorney assist you.

You can call the court where you think there might be a warrant. If there is, you should retain a lawyer & appear on it. Best of luck,
