Shared explicit photo with someone claiming to be 18. Found out later they were 16 by a phone call from parent. Ramifications?
Found this person on an online dating site. Have not met them in person. I am freaking out, since I feel lied to and taken advantage of. I know I made a stupid mistake, but I thought this was between two consenting adults. Everything pointed to that. Only talked to father on phone. Haven't talked to mother or her. The father is asking for money to put this behind us. It smells like a scam, but I am scared what will happen if I actually did unknowingly send explicit photos to a minor.
