What is the protocol for medical coverage?
While together, I carried my husband on my medical insurance for over 5 years. He then put me on his. Two months later, he took me off without me being aware. I have since been without proper medical insurance. Was he required to notify me via letter before doing so? Is he required to maintain coverage?
