Boyfriend (now ex) used to share a mailbox with landlord who ran a business in a little office in front and we lived in back.

No problems until ex and I broke up. The landlord sided with him and decided to threaten my life which I called the cops and a bunch of other stuff. I have an unemployment case that I've been fighting in court since April which I receive time sensitive mail and found out that my landlord has been forwarding my mail saying not at this address I put a hole in the fence and bought a new mailbox but still no mail.I contacted my post office I even have two case numbers against him but found out recently that my section isn't even registered to receive mail . I'd just move if I could but can't. What city office do I contact to see if the Zoneing is right here so I can have my mail delivered to me and not touch his hands.,?
