Do I follow the residency requirements?

This is my first time being arrested. I got arrested for indecent exposure. It says that the conviction pursuant to this chapter only requires registration and verification. So, do I follow the residency and employment requirements?

It doesn't sound as if you have been convicted yet. You need an attorney. You don't want to have to register for the rest of your life. Hire one, or try and get the Court to appoint you one. Good luck.

I concur with the recommendation of my distinguished colleague. You were not convicted, so you need to retain the best criminal defense attorney you can afford. You should also seek therapy. Good luck.

An arrest id not a conviction. Hire a lawyer and fight the charge aggressively. If you are under 21 you can apply for youthful offender status even if you win you case
