I have a valid b1/b2 visa and will like to have a baby in the US. What should I do ?

I applied for a b1/b2 visa for family vacation. We came to US and spent two weeks as we have stated in our application. All this was before my wife got pregnant. Now she is pregnant and we would lllike to have our baby in the USA, can we still use our visa or is there a special visa iapplication for this purpose?

Well. You can ask for an extension if she is in advance pregnancy stage and you have the means to pay for the medical care to be had in a US based hospital.
If your wife just for pregnant I doubt that your extension would be approved, is she is in the final stages of the pregnancy the chances of approval are high. You can still try to apply for an extension, consult with an immigration attorney to assist you with this process. All the best.
I do not suggest using the B1/B2 for purposes of having a baby in the United States. There is an ongoing and strengthening debate about a child born in the US automatically becoming a US Citizen - there is a lot of opposition to it. I would caution you that there isn't a category for wanting to have your baby here. If your wife needed medical assistance in the US and you were paying for it that would be a different scenario.
