How do I declare a mistrial in probate court as a beneficiary? How much time to appeal the Judges final hearing decision?

There is a final hearing doming up in only 10 days from the time I write this. I expect an unacceptable ruling by the Judge; therefore I would like to declare a mistrial based on many factors such as ex parte communications, conflict of interest, denial of service by the court, etc.

Only the court, not you, can declare a mistrial. It is not at all clear from your posting that a mistrial would be a proper or desirable outcome for you in any event. If you have an attorney on this matter, consult your attorney. If you do not, consider retaining one before it gets any later. It sounds like you are seriously over your head.
