I got 3 violations MIP, False I.D., and possession of I.D. of another..I'm 20 yrs old and i wouldn't be too concerned except that i have already had two MIPs in another state before i was 18. Please help!!
Going this alone could keep you on the hook. Get a lawyer to advise you. You have rights but you must act to protect those rights. Call your local bar association if you need a referral. Get a good lawyer so you can answer for your situation, but still be able to move on with your life.
Good luck to you.

I am not a AZ attorney, but if you are looking for a "free" attorney you may want to call around to private criminal defense attorneys in the area. Hey, you might get lucky. If you cant afford a private attorney, and you cant find a pro bono attorney then ask the judge to assign a Public Defender to your case.
While finding a Pro Bono (meaning a free lawyer) may sound great, you know the old adage "you usually get what you pay for"? Well, if you pay nothing for an attorney's services, consider how much you will get. Its always best to pay for an attorney and its best to find an experienced criminal defense attorney in your local area. They will know the DA and Judges better than anyone else. If you can't find one on your own, call your local Bar Association and ask for three referrals and interview them all before hiring one.
Good luck.
