Regarding, what do you do when Judge refuses to speak to children?

The legal fees have been a burden, but how do you give up on a child who continuously complains of physical and emotional abuse. My sister has already spent money intended for her daughters college education on this matter. Does anyone know of a lawyer in NJ who would be willing to take this case pro-bono?

I do not really see a question? Did the judge say he or she wanted to speak to the child and then didn't? Pro bono for what? In general terms, the judge hears from lawyers, not litigants. See my Legal Guide How to Speak How To Address the Judge http://www.attorneyqna.com/legal-guides/ugc/how-to-address-the-judge You need a lawyer because I do not practice in NJ (I am in Chicago, IL). Check with a lawyer in your locale to discuss more of the details. Good luck to you. Again, check with a lawyer in your locale.
