The faimly member who posted the bail member should call the court to remind them to release the bail funds.

It depends on the county that the case was in In most counties one would apply to the Clerk of Courts for a bail refund in Philly I beleive its the Clerk of Quater Sessions. Also the bail should have been available for release as of the time the person was sentenced not at the end of a probationary program Of coure thats irrelevant now since its past the end date of the probation.
