my case was going for about 4 years my lawyer made me an offer but when he went to court they didnt want to settle they settled for something totally different then what the arbatrader said i didnt want to settle for that but my lawyer said that i have no chose i had to settle with 5000 and his fees being paid that was a big drop from 30000 well when he went to court this last time the judge dismissed it and i got nothing. Is there a way that i can have my case reopend and be done by a different lawyer? If there is a good lawyer out there that can help me go about by doing this? And is there a lawyer out there thats not afraid to go up against another lawyer cause i feel that my lawyer wasnt doning his job

Whether you can reopen your case depends on the facts of the case and you need to consult a New Jersey licensed attorney. I suggest you contact the local county bar association for a referral or talk to family and friends to find an attorney you trust. A complete answer would require a review of all relevant documents and a consultation at a minimum. This answer is a general response and does not form an attorney-client relationship until that relationship is confirmed in writing. Best of luck.
