You need to check with your probation officer and check your sentence.

The terms of your probation need to be checked very carefully. Be aware that some judges add "special conditions" to a probation in addition to any standard terms. You should have received paperwork from your probation office detailing the terms and conditions of your probation. If you are unsure, you should ask your probation officer. When on probation, it is not better to make a mistake and ask for forgiveness afterward. It is better to ask permission in advance.

I have been a State attorney in three circuits in florida and all of them restrict you from going to bars for social situations. Not if you already work there. There is a new test for alcohol that can find it up to 5 days ..that is only if they have the mass spectrometer. Call probation and ask about alcohol consumption, you don't need to give your name. Good luck
