Florida Eviction - Ex-Boyfriend, No Lease, Has Never Paid Any Rent or Other Bills
How evict ex-boyfriend living in the house I own, living here since Jan 2010. After moving in, gets drunk and verbally abusive (not physical). Called police once, next day gave him 30-notice on 05/21/10 (is this notice still good or do I have to write another 30-day). He got laid off from work and I gave him time to find a job which he still has not done. He started using my address and says now I can't evict him since this is his residence. Nothing is in his name. What do I have to do. Please help me!!!
