We are divorcing after 24 months of marriage. Am I responsible for anything to do with this house since my name is not on the mortgage and he bought it before we were married?
In Georgia, that would be a non marital asset that you have no rights or obligations too.

The court will likely find the house is a non-marital or individual asset belonging to your husband. If the court so holds, however, you would not be entitled to any equity you may have put into the home during the past two years.
Good luck!
If you are not on the title, not on the mortgage, and do not contest ownership, AND do not actually live in the house now, then the court is not likely to hold you responsible for it. BUT... that assumes he is living there, that you make reasonably equal money and both work.
Otherwise, I have seen courts order payments towards house. In those cases they were considering them family support or maintenance during the temporary period. So, there is more to your question that what you have given us.
If you are concerned about what you local family court will do, I suggest you contact attorneys in your area and ask them. There should be those that will provide free legal consultation. Start there.
