I had an interview 3 days ago, officer wasn't nice. first when i started descibing why I am asking asylum, he said I dont need all that only answer questions, I said ok, and all the questions he asked were what did he say, what did you say? i tryed to explain him why did I say so but he just wanted me to answer only the question, after i answered his questions he asked me why didn't i mention about some parts that i have in my written statement, i told him that he asked me questions and didnt let me to explain, and still he was trying to mess me up with dates, i tryed my best to explain him that I am nervous but I didnt mess up any dates as it did happen with me, so my point is i couldn't expess myself totally. can I appeal his decision when I go back to get an answer in two weeks???

Hello: You cannot appeal because the officer was rude. However, if it is denied, the case will be referred to the immigration court whereby you can present your asylum case. Regards, Brian D. Lerner Attorney at Law
