Disposition & judgment confusion. I want to get a new job but I don't want to apply with a record, how do I go about clearing it

Ive found public record about my case and I don't really understand it, Do I say "YES" Ive been convicted on an application or "No"? I don't understand what the final charge was. If I am "convicted' whats the best route to hide or get rid of it, so it won't ruin my job chance? Will it show up when companies do a BG check? Thank you!
Info
Offense: Theft $50-$500
Offense type: MB
Disposition: DSMD-DEFR ADJUD
Judgement code: 727
Judgement: NC DEFR ADJUD TERM
These are the items that I don't understand. Please and thank you for all of your help.

Good news you have not been convicted. You recieved deferred adjudication probation and after successfully completing it your case was dismissed. Better yet you now qualify for an order of non-disclosure to seal the case from potential employers and criminal background checks. Contact a San Antonio criminal defense attorney who handles non-disclosures. Most SA attorneys who handle non-disclosures like myself will offer you a free initial case evaluation. Here is how your record decodes:
Offense: Theft $50-$500
Offense type: MB
Disposition: DSMD-DEFR ADJUD
Judgment code: 727
Judgment: NC DEFR ADJUD TERM
Offense is theft over $50 but under or equal to $500.00, a (MB) class "B" misdemeanor. The matter was disposed by being dismissed after deferred adjudication community supervision (probation). There is no conviction because the deferred adjudication terms were completed.
Your record may be eligible for sealing or non-disclosure. Contact a local criminal defense attorney to see if you are eligible.

Technically, you have not been convicted since it was dismissed by deferred adjudication (DSMD-DEFR ADJUD). However it will still appear on a background check. Also be advised that the Federal government does not recognize a deferred adjudication. You are eligible to have the record sealed through a non disclosure which should exclude this record from a non governmental entity doing a background check.
