Time for a M2 simple assault & S harrassment

Bail is very subjective and depends on your history the crime your risk of flight and several other factors. That said I have had many clients released with unsecured bail or on their on recognizance. The time on a conviction will also depend on your prior record if any. If you have no priors the standard sentencing range is probation to one month in jail.

To add to Adam's answer, the maximum jail time for a simple assault graded as an M2 is 2 years, and the maximum for a summary harrassment charge is 90 days.
