I filed a motion to reopen/reconsider I-485 that was previously denied. This was approved and I was told to wait for further action in the mail. What does this mean? does this mean I will get a green card, or does this mean the motion is pending? Please help with answer. Thanks

you should be in line to get the green card. you can definitely renew your ead. if more than two months pass go see adan vega or bruce coane, two of the best immigration attorneys in houston.

Congratulations! It means that your case is now open again. CIS must now check their various records checks on you, make sure they are all up to date, and then schedule you for an interview to again review the I-485. The delay should be less than three months before you hear something. If you want to know more, schedule an infopass at your local office and see what they say.

This is good news. Talk to your lawyer who is working on the case. At this point we need more facts to answer. But it seems you are doing good so far. Should you have more questions, call a good lawyer.
