I would like to know what the statute of limitations are for the above felony charges. If I miss a court date and am out on bail, what are the consequences?

The statute of limitations is three years for felony child endangerment, Penal Code 273a, and corporal injury, Penal Code 273.5. That means the DA has to file charges within that time period. It sounds like charges have already been filed, because you have apparently already been to court. Once charges are filed, you have certain speedy trial rights. If you fail to appear while out on bail for a felony, you can be charged with an additional felony that could add two years, eight months to any sentence you get in the original felony case.
