Title ix pregnancy hospitalization for birth. Not allowed to make up work.

I am enrolled in online courses at local community college. I was hospitalized for four days when I gave birth to my son. Upon discharge from hospital, I contacted all my intructors asking for a couple extra days to make up work. Three of them were very helpful and friendly, but one of them refused to let me make up missed test and turn in speech. I have documentation proving i was hospitalized but that doesnt matter to her. She said her syllabus states she accepts no late or make up work and thats it. I really feel I am being discriminated against. What can I do? Does Title ix protect me?

However, if she treats men the same way I'm not sure it does. You should talk to a local attorney as any action taken would be done locally.
