I had a dismissed criminal case for unlawful selling alcohol to minor because I forgot to check the IDs when I was a waiter in one restaurant.

The charge will remain on your record until you file a petition to expunge. An experienced law firm that regularly files petitions to expunge can assist you and handle much of the hassle and headaches involved, making the process far easier to deal with.

If you want to try to get it off your record you must file a petition to have it expunged. Otherwise it will be there forever.

Even if the case was dismissed, it will stay on your record permanently unless you get it expungement. In other words, no case will get automatically cleared from your record. Check out XpungeChicago.com for more information.
