I've been hired for a job as an insurance adjuster but I know I have warrant should I be worried about it at this point I want to fix this problem but need to work to afford laser fees.
An unexecuted warrant most likely does not appear, but as soon as your are arrested on the warrant and booked or fingerprinted, you'll have a criminal record.
Generally, the warrant shows up internally for law enforcement. You need to get this taken care of before it becomes an arrest. You should consult with and hire a good lawyer to get you out of this mess. Although you are in a catch @@ situation, you can't afford not to hire a lawyer, so find a way, even if you have to borrow. Perhaps you can find a lawyer who will work with you. Good luck.

The warrant will not likely show up on a background check but can still be a problem if you are served with the warrant at your new place of employment and let out in handcuffs. Better to straighten out the warrant on your own terms but do so right away. I assume you have no other criminal record or your question would have sounded more concerned about that than the warrant. If I am right, depending what you are charged with, turning yourself in can help your chances of being released on your own recognizance (signature) until you can resolve the case. Additionally, handling the warrant in a manner that shows you take responsibility will help with any punishment that is handed down if you later plead guilty or are found guilty.
If the warrant is for failure to appear for a case on which you have been previously arrested, the case will appear as unresolved on your rap sheet. If you have never been arrested you will not have a rap sheet. If the warrant was issued by a judge for some other reason and you have never been arrested before, you will have a record of arrest (rap sheet) once you are arrested. It would only be a record of being accused unless you are ultimately convicted. Most inquiries are limited to whether or not you have any criminal convictions. What is learned in background checks is dependent upon the intensity of the investigations. It can never be predicted when the police will execute a warrant. It is often done around the holidays.
