Can you post a sample letter of intent to rent a space in a department store/mall?

This question can only be answered by the mall folks, the management company. No need of special letter writing skills. Write your company name, your name, address etc, and the title of the letter, and tell them in very simple language the purpose of your letter and intent to lease. They probably need to send it to their head office and may discuss in their private meeting.
