Nevada Motion for an Order to show Cause - Deadline to Respond?

Well the general rule for responding to most Motions is Ten Days, unless it was calendared on a Shortening Time Order. Though procedurally improper to file a day or two late, I've never seen a Court completely disregard an opposition filed a day late. That being said, you may want to consider talking to an attorney because the failure to respond to Show Cause matters can lead to a Contempt of Court order which may lead to various monetary sanctions, and in worst case scenarios, civil Bench Warrants.
