- Daughter is 1 year old. She was born in USA and is an American national. - Both father & mother are Pakistani nationals. - We would like to obtain Pakistani nationality for her also in addition to her existing US nationality. - Is holding dual nationality allowed under US law? I do not want to jeopardize her US citizenship if it is not allowed by law or can cause her any legal problems in USA.

The USA allows dual citizenship. Repatriation rules vary by country. Please check with the Pakistani Consulate or Embassy.
