I am in the military and received a DUI while in Germany. I did not spend any time in jail, only punishment through the military (loss of pay, extra duty). Will this be on my record in the US, or once I leave Germany, that will be the end of it?
There should be no impact on your driving record. If you go to the Dept. of MV, and order a certified copy of your "Driving History" you will know for certain if anything is noted about the DUI.
