i think that the case is done, i was never contacted by the lawyer. i know that they did a Ebay thing with his possessions, he had several older cars etc. I was in contact with his sister who is handling his affairs, she took receipt and told lawyer to contact me, but never heard anything. Was making payments on balance but lost my job so I wasn't able to come up with last $1000 all at once. What can I do?
I am an attorney here in the Springs. If you have documentation of the amounts paid, this could be resolved with a phone call to the estate's attorney along with a letter including the documentation.
