Is pegging considered illegal under prostitution statutes?

Pegging is a sexual practice in which a woman penetrates a man's anus with a strap-on dildo. If one were to solicited such a request from another person, for compensation, would it be considered unlawful under the laws that govern prostitution? To me, it seems like a bit of a gray area. How do the courts interpret what is "sexual" and what is not? Would a prosecutor even bother pursuing a case of this nature if it were referred to their office by an arresting agency? Yes, this is a serious question. Thanks.

Assuming this is a real question: The Criminal Law Article, section 11-306 defines Prostitution: (c) Prostitution. -- "Prostitution" means the performance of a sexual act, sexual contact, or vaginal intercourse for hire. Sexual act and sexual contact are also defined in 3-301 of the same section. It is more graphic than I wish to republish here. The act you describe, if done for money, is clearly prostitution by any definition.

Whether they would actually prosecute is always a question, but yes I agree that this meets the definition of a sexual act which means if money was offered or exchanged, and the money was for the sexual act, prostitution has taken place. But there may be many other defenses too numerous to discuss without having attorney look at the case.
