I am a Moroccan national Christian confession. I well-founded fear for my freedom to practice my religion in my country (officially declared Islamic country) for me but for my wife and three children. I am now in the U.S. with a visa six moix. It remains in effect half. The first things is that I certainly confiscate my passport as soon as I get back to Morocco. I have a password painful with the authorities there since 1984. Mine also. I have been able to get my travel document miraculously _ thanks to the Lord. I was deprived for over twenty years. I do not know what to do, when I tasted the freedom to pray as I hear for the first time. I believe that the Good God has given me the opportunity to put an end to my ordeal. Help me, Lord will reward you better than anyone else.
Postscript: If you could find someone in French, I would be even more grateful. Thank you anyway.
If you have a well-founded fear of being persecuted in your home country based on your religious beliefs, you may file for asylum in the US, and you must do so within one year of your entry to the US. It is best that your case is prepared by an experienced immigration attorney who has the legal expertise to assist you.
Asylum cases are complicated, so I strongly recommend that you hire an experienced immigration attorney to prepare/handle the case. There are also critical timing considerations once you're in the US. I am fluent in French and I'll be happy to meet with you in my office. You can email me at [email protected].
Speak with an attorney to confirm you have a valid claim, than hire an attorney to file the paperwork and prepare you for the interview. My firm is experienced with asylum claims in your area.
