CLASS ENTRY IS NOT VISA INELIGIBILITY Could you please tell me What does this mean on a Visa? Regards.
It means there is something of concern in the system, but that does not render him ineligible for the visa.

It means that when they ran your friend's name, there was something that came up . Whatever it was that came up, however, did not make your friend ineligible for the visa. There's no way to tell what it was that showed up on their screens.
