i charged with shoplifting case.Final judgement from the court is Disposition NOLLPROSEQUI . Does Will it effects my immigration means visa extension and greencard process. I am on dependent visa H4.

I agree with my colleague. Get at least certified copies of everything. Very important - DO NOT EXPUNGE THIS. Even though it is a nolle prosse, you should never expunge until after you are a US citizen.
