Can I surrender my car/motorcycle after the 341 meeting? If I choose to stop payments will the FCU come after my vehicles?

Did you sign or file a Reaffirmation Agreement? If not, the answer is likely "yes" you should be able to stop payments and arrange for the creditor to come and pick up the vehicles. You have been relieved of liability when you recieve your discharge. I guess I would want to know if there were any issues regarding the vehicles at the 341(a) Hearing. But generally, stop paying, lose the secured property.
