If I get DACA can my employer sponsor me?
I'm 17. If I go to college and get an associates while under DACA, can my employer sponsor me since I won't trigger the 10 year ban while on DACA? Also, how long does it take to get a skilled worker visa?

To answer your questions:
1. You are not subject to the 10 years fbar yet because you are a minor
2. Yes your employer can still file the GC for you but you have to do consular processing.
3. DACA does not give status but a deferred action.

They can petition you, but DACA does not allow you to adjust status if you are not other wise eligible to do so.
An EB3 case will take over six years.
