What is meant by "ODIS- Order for Dismissal" on a child support case still PENDING after 2 years +??

the case is an out of state case (the father lives in Chicago and kids & mom in Miami) and has been pending for over 2 years now. I recently went on my county's family public records search site and found under 'Disp. Code: "ODIS". Why would this case be dismissed if I have not requested so.

"'Disp. Code: "ODIS' " means the case was disposed by an Order of Dismissal. You'd need to get a copy of the Order of Dismissal from the clerk (you can probably read it online) to find out why the case was dismissed. Then you should speak to a lawyer about it.
