What is the difference between EB1, EB2 and EB3? Which is the fastest way of getting a PR?

I am not from India or China. Is it a good thing being from a different country other than those two mentioned for a faster progress in my PR progress?
Your employer sponsor needs to consult with an immigration attorney to determine if you are eligible for any of these programs. If you have evidence of extraordinary ability you may sponsor yourself on an EB-1, but the requirements are very detailed. See an attorney.
It depends. You may waste time and money by claiming that you are more extraordinary or exceptional than USCIS thinks you are. Attorneys and clients may take risks, as a matter of discretion, that can delay a decision.
What matters is that as a worldwide visa applicant, more visas are available in each category. This means that if you and your attorney select an appropriate employment based category based on your background, provide the needed documentation, and are admissible, then visa processing will go faster, but not fast. Good luck.
The fastest way is EB1 but the standard is very high. Without knowing your background/qualifications, it is impossible to answer whether you have a good shot at EB-1. For EB-2 and Eb-3, you need a company to sponsor you. EB-2 (which is faster than EB(-3) is for professionals with advance degrees and the position itself must require someone with an advance degree or its equivalent. You or your employer should consult with an experienced immigration attorney to evaluate your options. I'll be happy to discuss this with you (202-454-2837)
