What are my rights as a conditional greencard holder when my husband is filing for divorce and requesting full-custody of child?

I have been married for 1.5yrs. We have a 5mo old child. My husband & his family have threatened me with deportation. I entered the marriage with good faith & shown no signs of fraud. They kicked me out of my home and now he has filed for divorce and full custody of our child stating I am mentally unstable, *untrue. I have been supporting our 5mo child by myself & living with my brother. Also recently I found out that he, his mother & sister fraudulently used my identity and credit to obtain a vehicle. He also filed a business under my name. He claims the only assets we have is an old vehicle. What rights do I have? What options? Can I file a police report? Do I notify DMV & the Social Security Admin?

Immigration part of the question - As long as you can prove a bona fide marriage (a real marriage), you should not have a problem to remove your conditional residence. Since it seems you have a child together, the chances of getting approved is quite high. However there are still other issues to be considered. I will recommend hiring a lawyer familiar with I-751 waivers to help. I am sure this article will be helpful. http://www.peerallylaw.com/marriage-petitions/

This is better addressed by your domestic relations lawyer in accordance with his or her plan to defend you in the divorce and custody proceedings.
