You may not need a lawyer . Each state has different rules regarding lawsuits for injuries from car accidents. The trend is to limit these suits unless there is a serious injury. Your back pain is the type of alleged injury that makes it difficult to evaluate unless there have been MRIs that show a bulge or herniation and there has been no prior injury. Please follow these steps: 1. Get a referral for a good Personal Injury Lawyer in Kentucky. If you call my office or email me I have the name of an associate that I work with in your area. 2.If you are still having complaints you must continue seeing the doctor and if need be continue taking the time off from work. 3.If your case is too small for a lawyer to handle you should consider small claims court. Remember not everybody needs a lawyer.
