How long does it take to the California Service Center to process an F2b I 130 petition?

I would like to know how long is currently taking to the California service center to process an f2b petition it says they are processing aplications of 2010 on their website I know that the visa bulletin takes around 8 years but i am interested only on the approval and not the priority date reach. This is a CSPA case we are still hoping USCIS won´t appeal de osorio but still the petition was filled on december 7 if USCIS doesn´t appeal still to apply for priority retention we will have to wait for the f2b application to get approved even if the priority date is current because of the retention benefit does it mean we have to wait 3 years until it gets approved or if the priority is current they approve them faster? some say it takes 5 to 6 months others 10 to 18 how long does it take?
Unfortunately, it can be difficult to know in advance how long it will take USCIS to approve an I-130. In my experience, the service centers tend to approve the I-130s faster when there is a current priority date. I have also seen that often they approve different kinds of petitions faster than the website indicates. However, there is no real way to predict exactly how long it will take. Also keep in mind that every case is different, and there may be something in your case that requires more evidence, or some other factor that will cause a delay. Best of luck.

Below is the website to check the California Service Center processing times. As you mentioned, they are processing applications filed on October 4, 2010. The dates may vary, and depend on when the application was filed.
