How do I get a certificate of no-appeal?
I was Divorce in NY and I'm getting married in Morocco - my judgment is from NY but they told me that i need a certificate of no appeal in order to get a marriage certificate. Where do i obtain this?

I think you want a Certificate of No Impediment from the county clerk. I do not think there is a certificate of no appeal. Double check with Morocco.

There is such a thing under NY law - but it's used very rarely... check with the Legal Division in your County Clerk's office.
