Social security disability benefits for purposes of I134 and I864
I have my social security disability benefits as my sole income. I have no asaets. Can I use my benefits as income for purposes of I134 and I864? I'd greatly appreciate any help.

If you're not associated with the armed forces than your minimum annual income must be $18, 912 for a household of 2 people. While you may count your SSDI benefits the amount must be sufficient. If you do not have sufficient income you can have additional sponsors.
