I was driving home in bad conditions late at night. I was tired from all the celebrating of a playoff game. I was not drinking at all just up late with friends i have not seen i a while. i skid out and the truck I was driving fish tailed and flipped over. Luckily I was not injured. So my question is two part: I've been charged with and hit and skip but since there was no damage at all but to my car and nobody else was involved. Second can I be charged with a DUI? They took no breathalyzer, no urine, nothing I did not talk to officers for a few days after incident to get my head straight.
