In state of vermont can you be extradited from another state for a misdemeanor

Figure that law enforcement has to set priorities. They only have so much money. Extradition costs money. If you were in charge of law enforcement, how much money would you spend to bring someone from another state to Vermont to face a disorderly conduct charge?
Of course, if you were convicted of the misdemeanor, and you fled, you may face additional charges and have other problems.
You need in-person legal advice from a criminal defense lawyer who can ask you detailed questions to get the information he needs to advise you competently.
The above is not legal advice, just commentary. Consult someone who practices criminal defense in Vermont.
Good luck.
