I am getting a divorce and am not able to pay both my mortgage and credit card debt. I have chosen to pay my mortgage to keep my home but am being sued by two companies. What is most likely going to happen in court. I am going to have to put my home up for sale to satisfy a divorce settlement with my spouse.
