After signing the contract the vehicle was then driven up to the showcase and at that moment I noticed it was not the color I ordered but the salesman said that it looks different at night , this morning looking at this car is was not silver but blue . Can I take this vehicle back and take my plates off and leave the car . Dealer is not willing to work with me Thank you

Generally, 3-day rescission period apply to loans or home improvement contractor agreements. However, you may be able to avoid the contract because of the misrepresentations made to you by the seller of the car about the color. I would not recommend simply leaving the car and removing your plates. You should consult an attorney as soon as possible for potential rights and remedies you may have. Best of luck.

Attorney Kremer gave you very sound advise and I would echo her thoughts that leaving the car at the dealership without the plates is not a good idea. If you have a contract for sale of the car that specifies the color then you need to bring that to the dealer's attention. If the dealer will not cooperate send a demand letter or have an attorney send a demand letter requesting that they cure the defect by supplying you with the correct color vehicle. Best of luck. If the dealer will not or cannot deliver the vehicle you agreed to purchase, you should consult with an atty as soon as possible, one who is familiar with consumer issues. The often referred to "three day" rule varies from state to state and often are limited to sales at a locatoin other than the business location of the seller, such as at your home. You may also wish to ontact your state's atty general's consumer protection office. http://www.mass.gov/ago/bureaus/public-protection-and-advocacy/the-consumer-protection-division/
